Carolyn A. Hutcheson Keegan, age 80, of Erie, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center.  She was born in Grove City, PA, on August 30, 1942, a daughter of the late Walter and Dorothy Crouse Hutcheson. 

Carolyn graduated from Grove City High School and received her Registered Nursing degree from Spencer Hospital School of Nursing in Meadville, Pa.  She worked as a registered nurse for various healthcare facilities throughout Erie County and retired as a Certified Case Manager for Twin Brook and Health South.  Carolyn enjoyed baking, was an avid reader, and loved dogs. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Hutcheson. 

Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Roger P. Keegan; her daughter, Stephanie Johnson, of McKean; her son Kurt Johnson (Lynn), of Albion; and her grandsons, Kyle and Garett Johnson. 

Funeral services were private and at the convenience of the family.  Funeral arrangements were made by the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home, Inc.  5000 Wattsburg Rd.
