Obituary for Glenn L. Reinhold

Glenn Reinhold formerly of 5609 Mill Street passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023, with his family by his side.
He was born in Erie, July 30, 1937, to George and Mabel Lenox Reinhold.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Marilyn Hotchkiss Reinhold (Nonie), Clarence Reinhold (brother), Evangeline Mitteer (sister). Also, by Jane Haener (sister-in-law) and Fred T. Haener (brother-in-law).

Glenn graduated from Academy High School, served in the US Military and was the General Manager of the General Electric Employee Federal Credit Union for his entire career. He was a proud member of the Masonic Temple and the Zem Zem Shriners. Glenn’s passion was Presque Isle State Park. He photographed and recorded all seasons of the park and loved to discuss anything related to the park, wildlife and seasonal changes.

He is survived by his niece, Linda Haener Kern (Steve Black), nephew Fred D. Haener (Michele). Grandniece: Caitlyn Haener Schwab (Ken), Leanna Nieratko (Mark), David Kern (Tasha), Abby Hileman (Ron). Great-grand nieces and nephews: Orion Haener, Lyle Nieratko, Camden Hileman, Rosie Nieratko and Madison Hileman.

Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home, Inc. 5000 Wattsburg Rd, on Friday from 11 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service there at 12:45 p.m. Burial will be private in Erie Cemetery.
