Obituary for Caroline Wolff (Kujawinski)

Caroline Kujawinski Wolff, 82, of Erie, passed away Tuesday March 7, 2023 at her residence. She was born in Erie on December 23, 1940, in the front room of their home on East 15th, across from the railroad tracks. She was the daughter of the late Raymond J. Kujawinski, and Josephine Olowinski Kujawinski.

Caroline was married to Heinz Wolff, the love of her life. They were married for 50 years, until his passing in April of 2008. She was also preceded in death by one sister in infancy, Mary Kujawinski; and one brother, Raymond J. Kujawinski, Jr.

Caroline graduated from St. Benedict Academy and was an active member of Lamb of God Lutheran Church, where she served as assistant minister. She was a member of the ELCA and the Church Women United. She loved her church and the Trinity; and enjoyed volunteering for organizations such as Coats for Kids.

She loved spending time with family. Caroline was a dedicated Mother, Grandmother, Sister and friend.

Survivors include two sons, Eric Wolff (Michele) of Las Flores, CA and Brian Wolff (Amy) of Waterford; four grandchildren: Cameron, Megan, Natalie, and Anna; one sister, Linda Valentine (Michael) of Poulsbo, WA; brother and sister-in-law Norman and Judy Wolff, and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. are invited to services at Lamb of God Lutheran Church on Saturday at 11 a.m. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.

You may arrive at least 30 minutes late for her visitation, because as we all know Caroline was always running behind...
