Obituary for Susan E. Tuszynski
Susan E. Tuszynski, 59, of Erie, passed away Sunday April 16, 2023. She was born in Erie on December 5, 1963 a daughter of the late Kenneth Tuszynski and Mary Fetzner Kimmy.
Susan graduated from Seneca High School in 1982 and worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Richard Grasso. She enjoyed gardening and being outside and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her grandson, Watson Taylor; a brother in infancy; her sister, Laura Waide; her stepsister, Connie Arnold; and her stepfather, Phillip E. Kimmy.
Survivors include three daughters, Jessica Taylor (Jerry) of Erie, Julieanna Taylor (William) of McKean, and Jennifer Taylor (Matthew) of Erie; two sons, Joshua Taylor (Tiffany) of Clymer, NY and Jason Taylor (Andrea) of Greene Twp.; 10 grandchildren, Lucas, Kyleighann, Elliye, Aubrey, Miles, Archer, Holden, Adelyn, William Jr., and Owen; three sisters, Tina Wasiela (Thomas) of Mill Village, Angela Sanden (Wesley) of W. Springfield, and Andrea Stewart (Jeremy) of Summit Twp.; one brother, Phillip E. Kimmy, II (Dannette) of Greene Twp.; her stepmother, Christel Tuszynski of Erie; two half-sisters, Heidi Tuszynski of Erie and Christel Swanson of Cambridge, OH; three half-brothers, Ken Tuszynski, Steve Tuszynski, and Bill Hennick all of Erie; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., Erie, 16504 on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. and are invited to services there on Saturday at 10 a.m. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
